Terms & Conditions

Credo Study Educational Services (“Credo Study”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides online and hybrid learning services (“Services”). By enrolling, paying fees, accessing classes, content, or our platforms, the learner/parent (“you”, “student”) agrees to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

1.1 You must be 18+ to enroll. If you are a minor, a parent/guardian must consent and manage payments and communications.
1.2 Keep your login/OTP confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
1.3 Provide accurate details (name, class, phone, email). Update us if they change.

2) Courses, Access & Delivery

2.1 Classes may be live (online), recorded, hybrid, or in-person workshops as announced.
2.2 We may change class timings, teachers, or batch structures for academic or operational reasons. Prior notice will be given where feasible.
2.3 Access to recordings/notes is time-bound per course policy. Sharing them outside your account is prohibited.

3) Fees, Payments & Taxes

3.1 Published fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) may be charged.
3.2 Fee plans (monthly/term/one-time) must be paid on or before the due date. Non-payment may lead to access suspension.
3.3 Official payment modes: UPI, bank transfer, authorised payment links, or our app/portal. Keep proof of payment.
3.4 Late fees/penalties may apply after the grace period (if any) mentioned in your fee plan.

4) Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

4.1 Digital classes/content are non-transferable.
4.2 Unless a written course policy states otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access to any class or material is granted.
4.3 Batch or course transfers are subject to availability and admin approval; additional charges may apply.
4.4 If Credo Study cancels a course in full, unused fees will be refunded pro-rata.

5) Attendance, Conduct & Academic Integrity

5.1 Join on time. Habitual absenteeism may lead to removal from doubt groups or special sessions.
5.2 Maintain respectful behaviour towards teachers, staff, and peers. Any harassment, abuse, or disruption can result in suspension without refund.
5.3 Strictly no cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorised sharing of test papers/answer keys. Violations may lead to expulsion.

6) Content Use & Intellectual Property

6.1 All study material, worksheets, tests, videos, PPTs, and class recordings are Credo Study IP or used under licence.
6.2 You get a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use materials only for your enrolled course duration.
6.3 Do not copy, record, re-upload, resell, or publicly share our content, links, or screenshots.

7) Class Recordings & Privacy

7.1 Live classes may be recorded for quality and revision. By attending, you consent to being part of the recording.
7.2 We protect personal data with reasonable safeguards. We do not sell your data.
7.3 We may contact you via call/SMS/WhatsApp/email for classes, homework, fees, exam alerts, and support. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime.

8) Technology & Access Requirements

8.1 You need a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and updated apps. Data charges are your responsibility.
8.2 We are not liable for missed classes due to your device/network issues. Recordings (if part of your plan) may be provided as per policy.

9) Results & Guarantees

9.1 We do not guarantee ranks, marks, or admissions. Outcomes depend on student effort and multiple factors.
9.2 Any demo classes, scholarships, or promotions will follow their specific written terms.

10) Third-Party Tools

10.1 We may use third-party platforms (video conferencing, LMS, payment gateways). Their terms and privacy policies also apply.

11) Suspension & Termination

11.1 We may suspend or terminate access for fee default, misconduct, or breach of these Terms without refund.
11.2 You may discontinue anytime; standard refund/transfer rules apply (see Sections 4 and 11.1).

12) Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credo Study will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of Services.
12.2 Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to a course is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected portion of that course.

13) Indemnity

13.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Credo Study and its staff harmless against claims arising from your misuse of content, accounts, communications, or breach of these Terms.

14) Force Majeure

14.1 Classes may be rescheduled/shifted online due to events beyond control (e.g., network outages, natural disasters, regulations). Such events do not create refund obligations beyond Section 4.4.

15) Changes to Terms

15.1 We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update date means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version will be posted on our website/app.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
17.2 Courts/Arbitration seat: Konch District Jalaun 285205 Uttar Pradesh.
17.3 We encourage amicable resolution first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Parent/Guardian Consent (for minors)

I am the parent/guardian and I consent to the student’s enrolment, class participation (including recordings), receipt of academic/administrative communications, and acceptance of these Terms.

Credo Study Educational Services (“Credo Study”, “हम”, “हमारा”) ऑनलाइन एवं हाइब्रिड शिक्षण सेवाएँ (“सेवाएँ”) प्रदान करता है। छात्र/अभिभावक (“आप”, “विद्यार्थी”) द्वारा नामांकन, भुगतान, कक्षा में उपस्थित होने या अध्ययन सामग्री का उपयोग करने पर आप इन नियमों को स्वीकार करते हैं।

1) पात्रता एवं खाता उपयोग

1.1 18 वर्ष से अधिक विद्यार्थी स्वयं नामांकन कर सकते हैं।
1.2 18 वर्ष से कम विद्यार्थी माता-पिता/अभिभावक की सहमति से जुड़ेंगे।
1.3 लॉगिन/OTP की गोपनीयता बनाए रखें।
1.4 नाम, कक्षा, मोबाइल आदि सही जानकारी देना आवश्यक है।

2) कक्षाएं एवं सामग्री

2.1 कक्षाएँ लाइव, रिकॉर्डेड, हाइब्रिड या वर्कशॉप रूप में हो सकती हैं।
2.2 आवश्यकता अनुसार समय, शिक्षक या बैच में बदलाव संभव है।
2.3 रिकॉर्डिंग/नोट्स की उपलब्धता सीमित अवधि के लिए होती है।
2.4 अध्ययन सामग्री केवल व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए है।

3) फीस एवं भुगतान

3.1 प्रकाशित फीस में टैक्स शामिल हो भी सकता है या नहीं; लागू टैक्स अतिरिक्त लिया जा सकता है।
3.2 मासिक/टर्म या एकमुश्त फीस तय तिथि से पहले जमा करनी होगी।
3.3 देरी होने पर कक्षा या एक्सेस रोकने का अधिकार Credo Study को है।
3.4 भुगतान केवल अधिकृत UPI/ बैंक/ Payment Link द्वारा करें।

4) रिफंड एवं बैच परिवर्तन

4.1 डिजिटल/ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं की फीस सामान्यतः गैर-रिफंडेबल है।
4.2 कक्षा एक्सेस शुरू होने के बाद फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
4.3 बैच बदलना उपलब्धता और प्रशासनिक अनुमोदन पर निर्भर है।
4.4 यदि Credo Study कोई कोर्स पूरी तरह रद्द करता है, तो शेष फीस प्रोत्साहन (प्रो-राटा) के आधार पर वापस की जा सकती है।

5) उपस्थिति एवं अनुशासन

5.1 समय पर कक्षा में जुड़ें।
5.2 शिक्षकों/सहपाठियों के प्रति सम्मानजनक व्यवहार अनिवार्य है।
5.3 नकल, अभद्र भाषा, असभ्य व्यवहार पर निलंबन या निष्कासन हो सकता है, बिना रिफंड के।

6) बौद्धिक संपदा (IP) अधिकार

6.1 सभी नोट्स, वीडियो, टेस्ट, वर्कशीट Credo Study की बौद्धिक संपदा हैं।
6.2 सामग्री को कॉपी, रिकॉर्ड, शेयर, फॉरवर्ड या री-अपलोड करना सख्त वर्जित है।
6.3 उपयोग का लाइसेंस केवल व्यक्तिगत अध्ययन अवधि के लिए है।

7) रिकॉर्डिंग एवं गोपनीयता

7.1 लाइव क्लास रिकॉर्ड हो सकती है, और छात्र/आवाज/वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग में शामिल हो सकती है।
7.2 व्यक्तिगत जानकारी गोपनीय रखी जाएगी और बिना अनुमति बेची नहीं जाएगी।
7.3 Credo Study class updates, homework, fees आदि के लिए कॉल/SMS/WhatsApp/E-mail से संपर्क कर सकता है।

8) तकनीकी आवश्यकताएँ

8.1 डिवाइस, इंटरनेट व ऐप अपडेट विद्यार्थी की जिम्मेदारी है।
8.2 नेटवर्क/डिवाइस समस्या के कारण छूटी कक्षा के लिए Credo Study जिम्मेदार नहीं है।

9) परिणाम एवं प्रदर्शन

9.1 परिणाम विद्यार्थी के प्रयास, अभ्यास और समय प्रबंधन पर निर्भर करते हैं।
9.2 Credo Study किसी भी रैंक, मार्क्स या चयन की गारंटी नहीं देता।

10) तृतीय-पक्ष प्लेटफॉर्म

10.1 हम Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, Payment Gateway जैसे बाहरी प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग कर सकते हैं; उनके नियम भी लागू होंगे।

11) निलंबन/समाप्ति

11.1 फीस न भरने, गलत व्यवहार या नियम तोड़ने पर एक्सेस निलंबित/बंद किया जा सकता है।
11.2 ऐसे मामलों में कोई रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा।

12) दायित्व की सीमा

12.1 Credo Study किसी अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान, नेटवर्क समस्या या व्यक्तिगत डिवाइस समस्या के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
12.2 कुल दायित्व अधिकतम उसी फीस तक सीमित है जो उस कोर्स के लिए भुगतान की गई है।

13) विवाद समाधान

13.1 यह समझौता भारत के कानूनों के तहत है।
13.2 विवाद की स्थिति में पहले आपसी समाधान का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
13.3 आवश्यकता पड़ने पर कोंच, जालौन, उत्तर प्रदेश – 285205 न्याय क्षेत्र लागू होगा।

14) अभिभावक सहमति (यदि विद्यार्थी नाबालिग है)

मैं इस विद्यार्थी के प्रवेश, ऑनलाइन कक्षा भागीदारी, रिकॉर्डिंग व शैक्षणिक संचार के लिए अपनी सहमति देता/देती हूं।

6) उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारियाँ

आप सहमत हैं कि:

• अपनी लॉगिन जानकारी किसी और के साथ साझा नहीं करेंगे।
  
  
  

• अध्ययन सामग्री को कॉपी / रिकॉर्ड / फॉरवर्ड / रीअपलोड नहीं करेंगे।
  
  
  

• नेटवर्क और डिवाइस की व्यवस्था आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।
  
  
  

7) नीति में बदलाव

हम समय-समय पर इस नीति को अपडेट कर सकते हैं।
नई नीति वेबसाइट/ऐप पर प्रकाशित होते ही लागू मानी जाएगी।

Privacy Policy

📜 CREDO STUDY – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Admission / Course Fee
Once the admission / course fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
Refund will not be given whether the student attends classes or not.

2. Demo Class
Where a demo class is provided, the admission is confirmed only after the demo.
Therefore, no refund is applicable after the demo class.

3. Monthly / Installment Fee
Monthly fee is valid for the entire month.
If the student discontinues in the middle of the month, the current month fee will not be refunded.
However, billing for the next month can be stopped (if not paid in advance).

4. Study Material / Notes / Worksheets
Study materials, notes, worksheets, and printed booklets are non-refundable as these are prepared student-wise or batch-wise.

5. Batch Change
A student may request a batch change.
Batch change is subject to seat availability.
No additional charges will be applied.

6. Discontinuation Due to Personal Reasons
If a student leaves due to personal / health / family reasons:

• No refund will be provided for the current month or paid amount,
  
  
  

• But future monthly fees may be stopped.
  
  
  

7. If Credo Study Cancels a Class / Course
If Credo Study cancels a class/course due to any reason:

• A replacement class will be arranged, or
  
  
  

• Refund of the remaining (pending) portion may be provided.

CREDO STUDY – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. एडमिशन / कोर्स फीस

एडमिशन या कोर्स की फीस एक बार जमा होने के बाद वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
चाहे छात्र क्लास अटेंड करे या न करे, फीस रिफंड नहीं होगी।

2. डेमो क्लास

जहाँ डेमो क्लास उपलब्ध है, वहाँ डेमो के बाद ही एडमिशन कन्फर्म होता है।
इसलिए डेमो के बाद रिफंड लागू नहीं होगा।

3. मासिक / मासिक किस्त (Monthly Fee)

मासिक फीस पूरे महीने के लिए मान्य होती है।
यदि छात्र महीने के बीच में क्लास छोड़ देता है, तो उस महीने की फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
लेकिन अगले महीने की फीस बंद की जा सकती है (यदि एडवांस पेमेंट न किया हो)।

4. स्टडी मटेरियल / नोट्स / वर्कशीट्स

स्टडी मटेरियल, नोट्स और वर्कशीट्स रिफंड या रिटर्न नहीं किए जा सकते, क्योंकि यह छात्र/बैच के अनुसार तैयार होते हैं।

5. बैच बदलना (Batch Change)

छात्र जरूरत होने पर बैच बदलने का अनुरोध कर सकता है।
बैच परिवर्तन सीट उपलब्धता के आधार पर होगा।
इसमें कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा।

6. व्यक्तिगत कारणों से क्लास छोड़ना

यदि छात्र व्यक्तिगत/परिवार/स्वास्थ्य कारणों से क्लास छोड़ता है:

• फीस वापस नहीं होगी
  
  
  

• लेकिन आगे की फीस (Monthly Plan में) बंद कर दी जाएगी।
  
  
  

7. यदि Credo Study क्लास/कोर्स बंद करे

यदि Credo Study किसी कारण से क्लास/कोर्स बंद करती है:

• विकल्प के रूप में दूसरी क्लास दी जाएगी, या
  
  
  

• बचे हुए हिस्से (Pending Portion) का रिफंड दिया जा सकता है।
